PRESENTATION
Eshu is a robot provided for combat sports enthusiats, MMA, boxing and Kickboxing.
His goal is to provide a sparring partner when you want one, but can't have one. When you are home, or at the gym but no one to train with you, ESHU is your guy!
Eshu is a MMA robot or boxing Robot for reflex training.
DESCRIPTION
1. The arms :
Eshu is a programble combat sport robot equipped with 2 arms, a reflex head and a touchscreen interface.
For better slipping, train your visual reflexe with movements, instead of lights.
His 2 arms are padded with Poy Ethilene Fom for the user's safety. Each arm can move in 2 directions:
- Diagonaly, to emulate a jab.
- Horizontally, to emulate a hook.
ESHU's hands can also emulate feints.
2. The head :
For striking reflexes, keep a traditional light signal.
The head of Eshu is built with 4 targets that lightens at specific moments.
- Blue: When indicating which target hit.
- Green: Whe the lightened target has been hit.
- Red: when the lightened target has been missed.
The targets are disposed in realistic position, emulating usual parts to strike on the head.
3. How to play :
Eshu Provides an adaptable an a great workout, that can be combined with the playfullness of a game.
2 different modes are availables: the Arcade mode and Training mode.
In Arcade mode: Create your personna and reach the maximum level to win a competition between friends or other user's.
In training mode: Compose your workout and train for as long as you want to engrain the refelxes you are trying to acquire.
Each mode is accessible through the HMI screen in the front part.
Eshu has different levels of speed and sensation, going from slowly beginner to fast pro trained athletes.
Upcoming
The next step is for Eshu to be driven by a phone. A phone is soon to be available to drive the robot.
